Part -Time Remote Office Administrator ( 10 Hours / Week )Are you looking for a flexible remote role that fits around your existing job? Technology Cue is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support various business operations, including administration, marketing, sales support, email management, and website content creation. This role offers the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis, averaging 10 hours per week, making it a great fit for professionals seeking additional income without a fixed schedule.Key Responsibilities:General Administration - Manage emails, scheduling, document organization, and office coordination.Marketing & Sales Support - Assist with marketing campaigns, social media updates, and sales follow-ups.Customer & Partner Communication - Respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings, and provide client support.Website & Blog Management - Assist with website updates, blog writing, and content creation.Finance & Invoicing - Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.Ad-Hoc Tasks - Handle any other administrative or operational needs as they arise.What Were Looking For:Experience in administration, marketing, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business tools like Xero, MYOB, or CRM systems is a plus.Knowledge of website and blog management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to tasks as needed.What We Offer:Fully remote role - work from anywhere.Flexible hours - work around your existing job.Ad-hoc work - approximately 10 hours per week based on business needs.Competitive hourly rate.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Social Media Tools (Hootsuite, Canva), Multitasking & Time ManagementExp.- Office Administration, Basic Bookkeeping, Basic Marketing and Sales Support
