Position Overview The SAP Ariba Analyst contributing towards the support and development of procurement applications using SAP Ariba and SAP MM Technology with CIG integration. Based in Bangalore, India, this analyst role will be working in partnership with technical resources on the Ariba and SAP teams, responsible for development, unit testing and documentation of enhancements and day to day support activities and new implementation projects within the SAP Ariba Technology. As a Ralph Lauren senior Ariba Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren s regions application disciplines. Essential Duties Responsibilities Experience of 5+ years in all the phases of SAP Ariba implementation methodology including scoping, blueprint, Gap analysis, Application design, requirement gathering, process design, configurations, testing and Deployment. Supported Source to Pay projects that require technology solutions in further enablement of efficiency, productivity, enhanced capability in line with the business roadmap. Involved in E2E implementation projects of Ariba with CIG implementation with SAP/s4 Hana with Ariba CIG. Worked on CIG integration in between Ariba and ERP systems for inbound/outbound transactions and usage of transaction tracker. Handon experience for custom and extrinsic fields mapping (XLST) for CIG and SPRO configuration in SAP. Worked with ABAP team for customer-specific requirement for CIG related programs (ARBCIG master data export, Standard BAPI ...etc) Configured the CIG connections and created project for SAP/S4 system and tested the inbound/outbound connection from CIG to SAP. Have good knowledge on SAP FICO and MM business process transactions. Troubleshoot integration issues between procurement and other applications. Worked on masterdata, P-Card, enablement, Invoicing processing payment remittance. Maintained the ARBCIG TVARV, AUTHPARAM, ARB CIG INCRDTM other parameters for CIG in SAP. Worked on all the phases of testing includes unit testing, SIT, functional and User acceptance testing to ensure desired results are achieved. Acting as a subject matter expert for CIG mapping changes in Ariba, SPRO configuration releases. Acts as liaison between business and technical team for troubleshooting, business process mapping and system enhancements. Experience, Skills Knowledge Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on Ariba implementation projects including CIG/Support work experience. Minimum 2-4 full life cycle Implementation Qualifications : Bachelor s degree 5+ more years of work experience Experience in implementing Ariba technologies, specifically Ariba P2P, Invoicing Pro, Spend Analysis, e-Forms, Ariba Contracting, rules and exception workflows. Experience in SAP Ariba CIG integrations for upstream and downstream modules to SAP ECC experience. Handon experience for CIG related configuration from Ariba and ERP side. Experience and Functional knowledge of the procurement Source-to-Pay life cycle, technical knowledge of the Ariba infrastructure and integration layers. Have good knowledge on SAP FICO and MM business process transactions. Exposure to Ariba Open ICS tool Experience in translating business requirements into Ariba solutions Must have the ability to work in a global delivery model Demonstrates ability to communicate with multiple IT domains Demonstrates ability to support multiple projects and tasks on an aggressive timeline Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement Certification Preferred Professional Skills : Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline. Knowledge of procure to pay processes with exposure to SAP FICO and MM business process transactions. Must have can do attitude and be able to work independently. Strong time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities on assigned tasks Ability and willingness to learn. Serve as a primary technical point of contact to discuss new requirements and provide knowledge of development environments and processes.
