Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Prepare user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams for software development teams. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum environment). Support testing efforts including writing test cases and participating in UAT. Conduct impact analysis and support change management initiatives. Provide data-driven insights through basic data analysis and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry. Must have timeline exposure for at least 3-12 months. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform simple data queries. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
