Overview: A Techno-Functional Support Executive plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business operations. This role involves understanding both the technical and functional aspects of enterprise systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for technical and functional issues related to enterprise applications, software, and systems. Analyze and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and application performance issues. Collaborate with development teams to enhance system functionality and address user concerns. Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Assist in system configurations, upgrades, and testing of new features. Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and business processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in both technical support and business process analysis. Understanding of data base Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
