Mode of Working: Work From Office Days of Working: 6 days a week Role: Techno Commercial Sales Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of selling in Govt sector/Pharma & Educational sector Proactive and results oriented Must be willing to travel extensively. Self-starter and self-motivated individual Excellent influencing and communication skills Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Achieve or exceed the sales plan according to Business Strategy. Build, develop and maintain good customer relationships. Manage relationships to Companys and customers mutual advantage Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities that contribute to Net Margin development and improvement according to the business strategy. Manage first line response on technical inquiries from customers Manage pricing to maximize margins while retaining wanted business Anticipate commercial issues e.g. market news, competitive activity that impacts a delivery of the agreed plan, and recommend actions to enhance Companys market position. Maintain a close liaison with the Technical specialist to be fully aware of any ongoing technical issues which may affect the commercial situation. Prepare reports on all visits to customers and present monthly reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. Any other duties, congruent with the accountabilities of this role Skill's Required: Good communication Strong Knowledge on IT Infrastructure products, Telecom or Hardware products.
