Role Description This is a full-time on-site Technician role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Technician will be responsible for HVAC contracting services, Integrated Facility Management Services, Operations and Management services for engineering utilities, and providing Energy Simulation & Green Building Certification and Sustainability Design. Qualifications Experience in Engineering Services and Operations and Management services Knowledge of Energy Simulation & Green Building Certification Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in Facility Management or related field is a plus Diploma or Certification in relevant technical field Show more Show less
