Technician - Secondary Operations

Job Description

Production and maintenance of Secondary operation/Decoration of EBM and IM machines final product. Handling bottles and caps labelling, wad insertion of Cap, Flip closing caps, Printing of bottles and caps, shrink sleeving etc. Optimization of production efficiencies in terms Quality and right quantity. Knowledge of decoration Machines, Assembly, and SPM, Robotic, pick and place. Knowledge on Technoshell Labelling, MAK printing, Maharshi labelling and wadding machines is added advantage. Manufacturing Process Knowledge & Material Knowledge, machine functional knowledge and Calculation. Knowledge of jigs & Fixtures and Measuring and Improving Productivity. Should work as a Team. Having Automation industry knowledge, Automation Line is an added advantage. Knowledge for Vision Inspection System Application. Knowledge for HMI,PLC and Ladder Logic Programming will be advantage. What makes you great Any Diploma/Degree (Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical) 2-6 years of relevant experience Ability to work with team and work well with other departments.
