Job Description

JD : Rectify complaints CCMS controller given by the CMS team. Rectify streetlight complaints given by the port maintenance team and CMS team, Carry out installations of new panels and new LED lights when required. Should resolve target number of complaints as provided by the manager. Should maintain data about the spares received and faulty spares sent to for repair. Should do Root Cause Analysis of frequent complaints and assist in avoiding the faults. Qualification ITI / Diploma Electrical
