Job Description

Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Perform installation and setup of new equipment or systems according to specifications and safety guidelines. Conduct initial testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality. Maintenance & Servicing: Execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedules and checklists to ensure longevity and efficiency of equipment. Perform predictive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they cause breakdowns. Carry out scheduled servicing, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments of machinery/systems. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical problems and determine root causes of malfunctions in equipment or systems. Perform timely and effective repairs, replacing faulty components or parts as needed. Utilize diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to aid in troubleshooting. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles. Report any safety hazards or quality issues promptly. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and work orders (digital or physical). Record details of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task. Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and tools, reporting needs for replenishment. Customer Interaction (for Field Service roles): Communicate courteously and professionally with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly. Ensure customer satisfaction with service delivery. Technical Skill Development: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. Participate in training programs as required. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for daily communication with colleagues, clients, and understanding instructions. Good English proficiency is beneficial for reading technical manuals, understanding diagrams, and formal reporting.
