Position description: As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that ensures critical information reaches the last mile. You will work closely with sales teams to develop guides, manuals, and knowledge bases that enhance user experience and adoption. Your role will be pivotal in translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across all documentation channels Skills required: Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, diagramming tools (like Visio or similar), and content management systems. • Familiarity with software development processes and terminology. • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience: 3+ Years in technical writing Education: Be/B.tech Employment: 6 Months contract Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
