Job Title: Technical Writer Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore Salary: Upto 5.5 LPA Experience: 0-2 years Qualification: BE/BTech in EEE, EC, or CSE (Only) About Us: Sunovaa Tech is a dynamic and innovative technology company located in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. We are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions and services. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. Role & Responsibilities: Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources for our products and services. Work closely with product teams, developers, and engineers to gather information and document complex technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner. Develop and maintain process documentation, system architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and more. Ensure all technical content is accurate, clear, and adheres to Sunovaa Techs standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product documentation and ensure consistency in messaging across all documents. Update existing documentation based on product changes and new features. Key Skills & Requirements: Technical Skills: Experience with Madcap Flare and MS Visio is a plus. Any technical writing certification or internship experience will be considered an advantage. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC), or Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from a recognized institution. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials. Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, internships, or related roles. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Technical Writing or related fields.
