Responsibilities We are looking for a technical writer with a software background for internal engineering documentation to enable integration and deployment of Keysight products into the field. Collaborates with developer engineers to document processes, coding guidelines, APIs, and development best practices in an Agile environment Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users Participates with the product development teams during all phases of product development to ensure future product usability and effective documentation Document engineering processes and specifications Recommends formats and content organization responsive to technical and customer requirements Produces products that conform to regulatory compliance standards and Keysight documentation and quality assurance standards Solves complex, high impact problems in technical writing assignments Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level Post-graduate or certifications desired Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise of complex technical software processes Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) highly recommended Knowledge of Flare projects and compilation processes highly recommended Must have excellent understanding of English grammar and latest technical writing practices Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**We are looking for a technical writer with a software background for internal engineering documentation to enable integration and deployment of Keysight products into the field.
