PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Creating professional product manuals, user guides, web-based reference guides, Fact sheets, etc. Create product walkthroughs using onboarding tools Create product presentations, training collaterals Overall Content/Document Management for respective products Collaborate closely with the product development team, stay informed about the changes, updates in the products and their newer versions and update content in all relevant documents accordingly Assist Marketing team in creation of marketing content, product campaigns, etc DESIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Expertise in professional Technical writing Sound knowledge of web applications and experience in creating technical documentation for software products Strong experience creating and maintaining API documentation Ability to grasp technical concepts and convert them to easily understandable text Knowledge of Authoring/Onboarding tools DESIRED FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Excellent written and spoken English skills Quality Orientation in all aspects of work Ability to work in a collaborative environment High sense of Individual accountability Strong Orientation towards self-learning and growth
