About the Role:

Technical Writer – Document Control

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and update technical documents, SOPs, process manuals, and reports.
Maintain document control systems and ensure all records are current, properly labeled, and version-controlled.
Coordinate document approvals, revisions, and distribution in line with company policies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify technical information.
Ensure documentation compliance with quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO/QMS).
Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Monitor documentation workflows and assist in continuous improvement of document control processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Engineering, or related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in technical writing or document control.
Strong command of written English with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Experience with documentation tools and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or DMS).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with controlled document environments (engineering, manufacturing, or R&D).

Preferred:

Knowledge of ISO documentation practices or QMS standards.
Experience in drafting engineering or product documentation.
Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
