Job Description

Responsibilities

Review JIRA tickets to identify release updates and their impact on documentation.
Collect necessary information from internal teams.
Test APIs, create sample requests, and provide example responses for each API.
Write and publish release notes regularly for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and engineers to continuously improve documentation.
Work with internal teams to identify documentation gaps and implement feedback.
Suggest clear and concise text for web and mobile application interfaces, such as error messages, to enhance user Skill Set :
Strong knowledge of industry standard authoring tools, such as Adobe Robohelp, Framemaker, Microsoft Word etc.
Excellent understanding of the English grammar, style, and writing standards.
Understanding about HTML and XML basics will be an added advantage.
Conversant with technology and happy working with technology.
Ability to understand software products and their application to business processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, self-motivated and flexible.
Ability to work independently with set deadlines and keep multiple projects on track at the same time.
