Key Responsibilities

• Define, deliver, and lead content and technical documentation for a suite of products across multiple channels web, in-app, community, social, and more.
• Leverage customer data analysis to identify opportunities and build strategies for knowledge, troubleshooting, and outcome-based content.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to create projects and campaigns that promote self-service, increase ARR, and grow product usage.
• Manage projects, results, and dependencies effectively within tight release timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and product management to understand product goals, technical details, and content requirements.
• Wear multiple hats strategist, creator/author, editor, customer advocate, and project manager.
• Design and/or maintain logical information architectures focused on usability and discoverability.
• Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics to measure content effectiveness and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience

  (preferably in a software company) creating customer-focused content and documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with text, visual, and video development tools or content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent command of English — both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt quickly based on data and results.
• Familiarity with analytics, search technologies, and SEO best practices (a plus).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and user communities to develop, write, and maintain high-quality content.
• Skilled in writing clear, concise technical content aligned with Writing Principles and Style Guide.
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality by conducting thorough stakeholder reviews.
• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product areas and contribute meaningfully to the product roadmap.
• Monitor user activity, feedback, and web metrics to identify and report high-impact content issues
