About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, engaging documentation and training materials for our software products. You’ll collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to produce user guides, API docs, and demos that help users and clients understand our technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, API/SDK documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
• Create demo scripts, product tutorials, and training guides for internal teams or clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather and verify technical information.
• Document REST APIs and developer tools using Swagger, Postman, or ReadMe.io.
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across all content.
• Manage and version documentation using Markdown, Git, Confluence, or Notion.
• Review and edit content for clarity and accuracy.
• Align documentation and training materials with Agile release cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software or developer-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and REST architecture.
• Experience creatingand training demos, tutorials, or training materials for users or teams.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (Markdown, Git, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating in Agile, cross-functional environments.

Preferred

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Communication.
• Familiarity with static site generators (Docusaurus, MkDocs) or CMS platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
