Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex product capabilities into clear, concise, and user-centric documentation. You’ll help our consultants, procurement professionals, and end users maximize value from GTO by ensuring our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product evolution. This role sits at the intersection of product development, user experience, and knowledge enablement, and requires strong writing skills combined with a deep understanding of enterprise applications. Your work will directly contribute to improving adoption, reducing onboarding friction, and empowering clients to navigate the GTO platform effectively. Key Responsibilities Documentation Ownership: Create, maintain, and improve end-user product documentation for GTO modules including RFX, Cost Modeling, Supplier Intelligence, and Risk Management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and business support teams to gather information and understand feature functionality. User Enablement: Produce onboarding guides, how-to articles, FAQs, release notes, and user manuals tailored to client needs and use cases. Content Strategy: Define and implement scalable documentation processes and templates to support the growing GTO ecosystem. Quality & Accuracy: Ensure documentation is technically accurate, consistent in tone and terminology, and adheres to branding and style guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Regularly update documentation based on product releases, user feedback, and evolving best practices. Multi-Product Support: Assist with documentation needs for adjacent products. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical writing for enterprise or SaaS products, preferably in supply chain or procurement domains Strong command of written English with an ability to explain complex workflows simply and effectively Experience working in Agile teams, with familiarity in tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems Ability to interpret product specs, UI/UX flows, and developer inputs to create user- facing documentation Prior experience documenting REST APIs, configuration workflows, and end-to-end product journeys is a plus Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field Skills: jira,english,confluence,documentation,ui/ux flows,agile,enterprise applications,rest apis,technical writing,gto platform,technical writer Show more Show less
