Job Overview: As a Technical Writer for Mobile Robots, you will create and manage high-quality content that effectively communicates complex technical information about our mobile robotics products and solutions. Your content will support a range of materials including technical documentation, marketing collateral, and educational resources. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to produce accurate and engaging content. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and system specifications for mobile robotics products. Create engaging and informative marketing materials such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and product datasheets. Produce educational content such as tutorials, how-to guides, and training materials to support customers and internal teams. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and messaging strategies. Gather feedback from stakeholders and revise content as needed to improve clarity and accuracy. Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile robotics and related technologies to ensure content is current and relevant. Conduct research to support content development and verify technical accuracy. Content Management: Organize and maintain content in a structured manner for easy access and updates. Utilize content management systems (CMS) and other tools to publish and manage content effectively. Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all content. Requirements Bachelordegree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of p roven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a focus on robotics or technology. Strong understanding of mobile robotics technology and terminology. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and engagingly. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Good to have an understanding of the software language and hardware aspects of robot. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technical writing. Experience with SEO best practices and digital content strategy.
