As a Technical Training Associate at iamneo, you will play a crucial role in supporting trainers, guiding learners, and contributing to the technical mentoring and training process. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting trainers in conducting coding sessions and managing hands-on labs - Guiding learners individually and providing technical mentorship - Evaluating programming assignments, quizzes, and project submissions - Tracking learner progress and assisting in performance improvement - Creating quick-reference resources like cheat sheets and help docs - Assisting in managing learning platforms, tools, and environments - Helping to resolve coding and debugging issues - Being flexible to travel across India for training deployments To be eligible for this role, you should be a B.Sc. / BCA graduate from the 2024 or 2025 batch in Computer Science or IT. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Knowledge of web development, cloud platforms, or databases would be a bonus. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred) are essential, along with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving. As part of the program benefits, you will receive a full-time job along with a sponsored Masters degree (MCA / M.Sc. / M.S.). During the 2-year Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP), you will be provided with a stipend of 3.0 LPA, which will increase to 6.0 LPA upon program completion and continued employment.
