Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs through discussions with managers and performance evaluations.
• Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions.
• Translate organizational needs into structured training programs aligned with employee development paths.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support internal processes by delivering training on development, deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for training content and delivery.
