Technical Trainer (System Admin)

The IT Technical Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programs in IT infrastructure and system administration. This role focuses on equipping learners with the skills to install, configure, manage, and maintain IT systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth technical training on Windows/Linux Server Administration,

Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Develop and maintain course materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on sessions and real-world simulations to strengthen learner

competency.

• Stay updated on evolving infrastructure technologies and integrate them into

training content.

• Evaluate learner performance and provide technical mentorship and

feedback.

• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/system administration.
• Minimum 2 years of technical training or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, virtualization, and

cloud concepts.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect
• CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Cloud+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
