Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct structured
technical and safety training
for lift technicians, engineers, and new joiners.
Develop and continuously upgrade training content, modules, and evaluation processes.
Facilitate
classroom and on-site practical sessions
to strengthen field readiness.
Identify skill gaps and design
customized learning programs
for various levels.
Evaluate trainees technical performance and recommend improvement plans.
Collaborate with Service, Installation, and Quality teams to ensure alignment with operational standards.
Maintain accurate training documentation and track competency matrices.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10 years experience
in the
Lift / Elevator industry
(Service, Installation, or Technical Support).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Technical Training / Skill Development.
In-depth knowledge of
lift components, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety systems.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong passion for developing people and driving technical excellence.
