Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs tailored to various audiences. They will assess training needs, facilitate training sessions, provide support, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the staff's technical competence and keeping them updated on the latest technologies and best practices in relevant industries.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
• Expertise as a Technical Trainer with a focus on delivering high-impact training programs
• Ability to design and execute effective, results-driven training sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in training within a corporate or educational setting will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing training schedules
