Technical Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to deliver engaging and insightful sessions on Design Thinking to B.Tech students. The trainer will play a key role in equipping students with human-centered problem-solving skills, fostering innovation, and enhancing creativity across engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive training sessions on Design Thinking principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Customize curriculum and develop training content tailored to B.Tech students’ needs and technical backgrounds.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops, group activities, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with faculty and curriculum designers to integrate Design Thinking into broader academic modules.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback through assessments, project evaluations, and mentoring.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in design thinking and innovation education.
• Support institutional innovation initiatives, hackathons, and interdisciplinary projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
