Hamon is a boutique software studio built in engineering excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Team Lead. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a software development team to success. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing technical decisions, guiding the team on troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role involves coordinating with other departments, setting and enforcing performance standards and providing technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications

Possess skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
Experience in Software Development. Ideally using golang but deep experience with other stacks is fine too.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. This is not a must have if you have a good track record.
Experience in an on-site technical leadership role is a plus
