Job Description

As a Technical Team Lead Full Stack (Laravel, PHP, AWS) at Al Fahad Enterprises in Gurugram, your role will involve overseeing and guiding a team of developers, managing projects, and troubleshooting technical issues. Your responsibilities will include developing software solutions, implementing best practices in coding and design, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Work autonomously to make key decisions for successful initiative implementation. - Lead a team of developers and manage projects effectively. - Possess knowledge of GWT, GitHub, and Bitbucket (plus). - Familiarity with PHP Frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP & Yii2, Symfony) and PHP CMS (WordPress, Drupal). - Proficiency in cloud servers and AWS server technologies. - Design client-side and server-side architecture for applications. - Develop visually appealing front-end applications. - Manage databases and applications efficiently. - Write effective APIs (REST & SOAP Based). - Knowledge of Jira, Asana (plus), GUI testing technologies, TDD, and BDD techniques. - Experience with rich-client frameworks like Backbone, Angular, Ember, Knockout, Nest JS, Next JS, Node JS. - Understanding of software architecture and design best practices. - Possess high emotional intelligence for coaching and training team members. - Experience in leading a small to medium-sized team of software developers. Qualifications: - Ability to work independently and make critical decisions. - Previous experience in team leadership is essential. - Knowledge of PHP Frameworks, CMS, cloud servers, and AWS is required. - Familiarity with software design principles and best practices. - Proficiency in leading software development teams effectively.
