Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Support Executive to join our team. This role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and technical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both sales strategy and hands-on problem-solving in the software space. Key Responsibilities Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Provide technical support to developers. Troubleshoot code-level issues, error logs, and technical configurations. Assist clients with product setup, testing, and implementation. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical or service-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries. Work closely with the product and development teams Provide training and onboarding support for new customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in sales and technical support (Fresher are also welcome) Communication and interpersonal skills.
