Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats for various IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using problem-solving skills and knowledge of computer systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call notes, tickets, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and products to provide expert advice to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in Tech support environment with a focus on international voice process (US shift).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BE/Btech/BCA/B.Sc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work effectively with diverse customer base.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is essential.
