Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist – RENA India Division Location: PAN India About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in equipment installation and maintenance, particularly within the solar cell/module manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for equipment used in the solar cell/module line. Handle preventive maintenance and ensure smooth operations of equipment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve equipment processes. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in equipment installation or maintenance, preferably in the solar cell/module manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and wet chemical equipment processes is a plus. Experience in startups or the solar industry is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proactive, dynamic, and a team player with a positive work attitude. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred, though freshers are also welcome to apply.
