Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:

  Provide front-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Hardware Maintenance:

  Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform regular hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance.

• Software Installation & Updates:

  Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and antivirus solutions. Ensure all systems are secure and up-to-date.

• Network Support:

  Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Manage Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connections for users.

• User Training:

  Train staff on IT systems, software usage, and best practices to ensure efficient and secure use of technology.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, software malfunctions, and system performance problems. Escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory. Document IT procedures and provide updates to the IT team.

• Security & Backup Management:

  Support IT security practices, including monitoring system security, ensuring compliance with policies, and verifying that regular data backups are completed successfully.

• System Monitoring:

  Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and ensure continuous and reliable IT operations.

• Technical Project Assistance:

  Assist with IT projects such as software migrations, hardware rollouts, and system upgrades as assigned.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience

  in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a similar role.
