Role Overview: You will be joining Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd as a Senior Technical Support Manager in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will be to strategically manage the technical support team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing top-tier customer support for enhanced client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the technical support team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high client satisfaction levels. - Supervise daily operations to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and technical issues. - Collaborate with IT security teams to develop and implement robust network security protocols. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or enhancements for efficient operations. - Train support personnel in handling advanced security hardware and software technologies effectively. - Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather and address client requirements. - Lead incident management efforts, ensuring quick and effective response to IT emergencies. - Continuously evaluate support processes to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in firewall management for overseeing network security protocols (Mandatory skill). - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory for managing user access and maintaining secure networks (Mandatory skill). - Experience with backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity and business continuity (Mandatory skill). - Understanding of endpoint security solutions to protect devices from online threats effectively. - Skillful in data leak prevention to safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. - Competence in server management to ensure optimal operation and resource utilization of servers. - Ability to implement virtualization technologies, offering flexible and scalable server environments. - Expertise in encryption techniques to protect data transmissions and secure database communications.
