Technical Support Executive

The role requires you to be the initial point of contact for clients who are seeking technical assistance via phone calls. You will be responsible for attentively listening to client queries, offering precise information and solutions, as well as guiding them through technical procedures and resolutions. It is crucial to have a clear understanding of client issues and effectively communicate them to the technical team. In situations with challenging client interactions, it is important to remain composed, empathetic, and calm. Keeping yourself informed about product knowledge, services, and technical aspects is essential. Furthermore, maintaining exceptional customer service standards while upholding a friendly and professional attitude is key. Key Qualifications for this position include strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to articulate technical information clearly. A basic grasp of technical concepts and effective problem-solving techniques is required. Previous experience of 1 year or more in customer service or technical support is advantageous. The ability to handle risky client interactions in a fast-paced setting is necessary. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with support ticketing systems are beneficial. This is a Full-time or Internship role with a Day shift and Weekend availability required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position. Proficiency in English is preferred.
