Job Description

We are hiring a Software Technical Support Executive to help customers with our software products. Your job is to solve problems, answer questions, and make sure users are happy using our software. Responsibilities: Help customers with software issues via call, email, or chat Understand and solve technical problems quickly Guide users on how to use software features Report bugs or errors to the technical team Keep records of customer issues and solutions Follow up to ensure the issue is fully resolved Requirements:Basic knowledge of software and computers Good communication skills (English/Hindi) Ability to learn quickly and solve problems Graduate in IT or any related field (preferred but not mandatory) Requirements:Basic knowledge of software and computers Good communication skills (English/Hindi) Ability to learn quickly and solve problems Experience with support tools (like Freshdesk, Zendesk) is a plus Graduate in IT or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
