Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive with a strong foundation in networking concepts and a minimum of 1 year of international customer support experience . The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with technical expertise to provide exceptional support to global customers. Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs. Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolutions for technical queries in a global environment. Work collaboratively with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience. Exposure to inbound technical support processes is preferred. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Familiarity with configuring and managing network devices like routers and switches. Basic troubleshooting of internet and telecom-related concerns. Communication Skills : Exceptional English proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers of varying technical expertise.
