Role

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer

You will troubleshoot issues, support customers, and ensure smooth operation of our telephony and automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues related to

  SIP, VoIP, call routing, and Linux environments

• Configure DIDs, SIP trunks, IVRs, routing logic, and system setups

• Monitor server performance, logs, and overall system health

• Provide customer-facing technical support via calls, WhatsApp, and remote tools

• Document issues, solutions, and system improvements

• Coordinate with internal teams for deployments & enhancements

Requirements

• Good understanding of

  Linux + SSH

• Basic understanding of SIP, VoIP, RTP, and call flows

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Familiarity with MySQL

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers for technical support

• Willingness to learn — unlimited opportunities for advancement

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• 6 days working

Bonus Skills

• Docker

Salary

Starting at ₹15,000

• Will increase to ₹20,000–₹25,000 after 3 to 6 months

  based on skills, growth, and experience.
