Technical Support Engineer

You will be working as a Technical Support Engineer, providing assistance to customers regarding our POS software. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, addressing customer support queries, and ensuring timely and accurate solutions to technical problems. You will be expected to support merchants through various channels such as email, phone calls, and online meetings, as well as conduct product tech demonstrations and configure POS devices. Additionally, you should be willing to work in a 24*7 support environment and travel to client sites for troubleshooting when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for handling merchants" support queries - Provide quick answers to clients through email, phone calls, and online meetings - Diagnose software issues through online meetings with merchants - Conduct product tech demonstrations and configure merchants" POS devices - Assist in merchant on-boarding and provide online product training - Ability to work in a 24*7 support environment - Willingness to travel to client sites for troubleshooting **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology - 0-2 years of proven work experience in an application support or technical support role - Ability to solve complex application/software issues - Excellent interpersonal skills - Good written and verbal communication skills This is a full-time, permanent position located in Noida.
