Job Information Date Opened 08/20/2024 Industry IT Services Job Type Full time City Pune City State/Province Maharashtra Country India Zip/Postal Code 411005 Technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for all hardware and software issues Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications Perform troubleshooting and repair of computer systems, including virus removal and system optimization Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using a ticketing system Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring that all devices and applications are up-to-date and functioning properly Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty repairs and software license renewals Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing desktop and laptop systems Asset Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses Track and manage the inventory of IT assets, ensuring that all equipment is properly tagged and accounted for Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist in the disposal or recycling of outdated or unused IT equipment Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and escalating to network engineers when necessary Ensure that users have proper access to network resources and assist in setting up new user accounts Provide user training and support for software applications and system usage Develop and update documentation for technical procedures and user guides System connects experience to join the domain Local (AD) Maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with company policies Assist in implementing security measures and updating systems with patches and antivirus software Microsoft 360 connects experience to (e g reset Password / configure two factor / assign 360 license ) etc Requirements Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving communication skills verbal and E-mail written Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols Certifications (preferred but not required) Any graduate (IT L1-computer certification)
