Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    L1/L2 technical support

    for systems, networks, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot

    Windows OS, Linux basics, O365, VPN, email, and network issues

    .
  • Manage tickets using

    ServiceNow / JIRA / Freshdesk / Zendesk

    .
  • Handle

    Active Directory

    user creation, password resets, access management.
  • Provide

    remote support

    via RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.
  • Perform

    incident management

    and ensure

    SLA compliance

    .
  • Conduct

    RCA

    for repeated issues and update documentation/KB articles.
  • Coordinate with

    Network, Server, Security teams

    for escalations.

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 8 years in

    Technical Support / Desktop Support / IT Support

    .
  • Strong troubleshooting in

    OS, Network, Outlook/O365, AD, VPN

    .
  • Good understanding of

    DNS, DHCP, hardware & software installation

    .
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willing to work in

    rotational shifts

    (if required).
