We are looking for Technical Support Engineer to support customers integrating with our SMS API, WhatsApp API, Verification API, and SMPP platform.

Key Responsibilities

Handle technical issues related to APIs, SMS delivery, WhatsApp API SMPP.

Analyze logs, delivery reports, and troubleshoot routing issues.

Assist customers with onboarding, API keys, webhooks, and integration steps.

Monitor platform alerts and escalate issues to engineering\/NOC.

Maintain documentation and ensure timely SLA\-based ticket resolution.

Requirements

1\3 years in technical\/application support.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, Linux basics.

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Knowledge of SMPP, telecom routing, DLRs is an advantage.
