Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide online and telephonic technical support to customers.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of equipment and systems.
  • Execute testing, commissioning, and project-related activities as per client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, and client communications.
  • Handle service material inward/outward with proper documentation.
  • Prepare service quotations, invoices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project and service execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Experience: in technical support, field service, or related areas.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel for service or commissioning work (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
