Key Responsibilities: - Exhibit a high level of individual initiative and effectively lead a team - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and build client relationships - Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, organization, and objectives - Manage day-to-day client interactions and effectively communicate to identify their needs - Participate in creating support/solution documentation or UAT testing for customization and deliverables - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and approved - Ensure solutions designed meet internal and client expectations regarding quality, delivery timelines, and strategy - Create customized reporting for clients, team, or stakeholders when necessary - Possess good communication skills, self-confidence, and fluency in English - Ability to take direction from all levels and provide guidance for the team on technical architecture as needed - Provide technical leadership for the team by conducting design and code reviews, ensuring the application of best technical practices - Proficiency in Application Support, MySQL, Networking, Linux, VOIP, and SIP Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.
