Technical Support Helping customers in identifying the right product based on their specific needs & requirements Providing scientific/technical support and helping with basic troubleshooting Lead funnel management and follow-ups on sales quotations/proposals Cross-selling/Up-selling activities Maintaining & updating the customer database and sales funnel management Collaborate with the Customer Support team to prepare rate contracts and tenders Collaborate with the Sales team and other internal teams to support the needs of the customer Visiting assigned clients to promote focus products
