Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as Technical Support Associates – Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in international voice process, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process and Technical Support.
• Excellent English communication and verbal fluency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply).
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
