• Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and mentor technical staff, providing guidance and support to improve skills and performance.
• Project Management:Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Support:Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot problems, address issues, and ensure systems and processes function correctly.
• Process Optimization:Identify areas for improvement in technical processes, implement changes to enhance efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety regulations, implement and enforce safety procedures, and manage risk assessment.
• Budget Management:Contribute to the preparation of budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial responsibility.
• Equipment Maintenance:Monitor, inspect, and maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring it's in good working order and that there are adequate supplies.
• Performance Management:Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
• Reporting:Produce periodic reports to track progress, identify issues, and demonstrate the effectiveness of operations.
