Technical Supervisor

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technical team to ensure optimal performance and effective collaboration. Lead and oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in a timely manner. Monitor system performance and ensure the technical infrastructure meets operational requirements. Provide training and mentorship to junior technical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and improve technical solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards on all technical operations. Maintain and update technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and operational workflows. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems and software. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve the technical capabilities of the organization. Coordinate and manage the technical teams schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects. Support the development and implementation of technical projects from initiation to completion.
