Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Specialist, based in Mumbai. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical problems, developing solutions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring technical equipment functions optimally. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues and providing Technical SupportExperienced in delivering Customer Service and client supportAbility to work on-site in MumbaiBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in the law enforcement or forensic industry is a plus
