As a Technical Sourcer at Pearson, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand, identifying and engaging the brightest minds in tech to fuel our growth and drive our success Youll play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top tech talent, helping us build the teams that will drive Pearsonmission forward What youll do: Hunt for the best:*Source, engage, and attract high-calibre technical talent through innovative sourcing strategies Building talent pools*: Be the owner of building talent pools and pipelines across everything Digital, Technology Engineering!
