Candidate Engagement: You'll craft thoughtful messages, effectively connecting with passive candidates to generate interest and excitement about DynPros diverse range of technology roles. Market Insights: You'll participate in strategic conversations, contributing to market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping, positioning yourself at the forefront of recruitment trends. Pipeline Management: You'll maintain and enhance candidate pipelines in our ATS, ensuring recruiters always have access to high-quality talent. Collaborative Teamwork: You'll closely partner with recruiters and hiring managers, continuously refining your sourcing approach based on team insights and feedback. Who You Are: Curious and Driven: With 0-2 years experience (freshers welcome!), youre eager to build your career and excited by the challenge of finding talented professionals. Comfortable with Night Shifts: You’re willing to work PST hours, thriving in a global, collaborative environment. Local & Connected: While remote is possible, you're based in the Chandigarh Tricity area and can occasionally join us in-person for training or collaboration. Tech Savvy: You may not yet be an expert, but you're keen to learn sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and ATS systems quickly. Clear Communicator: You're confident in digital engagement—persuasive, professional, and personable.
