Tech Stack: .Net, C#, .Net Core, MVC, Angular Cloud Platforms \u2013 Azure, AWS DevOps, CI/CD, IT Security, Database Management Experience- 12+ Years Location- Pune - Viman Nagar Notice- Immediate to 1 week Roles and Responsibilities: Software Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of high-level software architectures for .NET-based applications. Ensure that the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organizations technical vision and goals. Define best practices and coding standards for the team to follow. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions that align with the business objectives and improve operational efficiency. Problem-Solving and Solution Development: Identify complex technical problems and provide innovative and efficient solutions. Ensure that the solutions are delivered on time and meet the business requirements. Provide troubleshooting support and work on resolving issues in both development and production environments. Negotiation: Work closely with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to negotiate technical solutions and resource requirements. Manage expectations with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that technical solutions are feasible and meet project timelines. Project Management Abilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead project teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage risks and dependencies to ensure seamless project execution. IT Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cloud Networking: Design and implement IT infrastructures that support .NET applications, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
